Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Orqur are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued once your product has been delivered or made accessible — regardless of the reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incompatibility with your system or setup.
• Failure to read the product description before buying.
• Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the following strictly limited cases:

• Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
• Delivery failure — if your product was not delivered due to a confirmed error on our side, and no resolution is possible.

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Review

If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the exceptions above, contact our support team on Discord before opening any dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support team will be contested.
