- All tools sold by Orqur are for personal and legitimate gaming use only.
- Redistribution, resale, or use of our tools for prohibited activities is strictly forbidden.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
- All sales are final — please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

License & Keys
- Each purchase grants a single-user license tied to a unique license key.
- License keys are non-transferable and issued for the purchaser’s personal use only.

Prohibited Actions
- You may not resell, transfer, or assign your license key to another person.
- You may not share, publish, or disclose your license key, loader, or any private access links.
- You may not leak, upload, or distribute our loader, software, or internal files to public sites or private channels.

Enforcement & Consequences
- If you leak our loader, publish a license key, or distribute protected files, we will:
- Revoke/blacklist the leaked license key(s).
- Remove any associated Discord role(s) and access privileges.
- Suspend or terminate the offending account(s).
- Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent bans and may be reported to relevant platforms when appropriate.
- We reserve the right to invalidate keys and refuse future service at our discretion.

Privacy Policy
- We only collect essential information: email, payment details (processed via SellHub), and Discord username for order verification and support.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Transactions are processed securely through SellHub’s payment provider.

Refund Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made accessible.
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or delivery failure due to a technical error on our side.
- Contact support on Discord before opening any dispute.

- Products are delivered via SellHub or by private message on Discord after payment confirmation.

- A: Leaked keys will be revoked and associated access will be removed.
