TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing or using any Orqur product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase.

— All tools sold by Orqur are for personal and legitimate gaming use only.
— Redistribution, resale, or use for prohibited activities is strictly forbidden.
— Orqur is not responsible for any in-game bans or penalties resulting from the use of our tools. You assume full responsibility.
— We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.
— All sales are final. Read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
— These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance.

LICENSE & KEYS

Each purchase grants a single-user license tied to a unique license key.

— License keys are non-transferable and for personal use only.
— Each key is bound to a single hardware configuration (HWID). Use on multiple devices may result in automatic revocation.
— License duration and usage limits are specified on the product page at time of purchase.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

The following are strictly forbidden:

— Reselling, transferring, or assigning your license key to anyone.
— Sharing, publishing, or disclosing your key, loader, or any private access links.
— Leaking, uploading, or distributing Orqur software, files, or internal material anywhere — public or private.
— Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any Orqur product.
— Using our tools for any commercial purpose, including boosting services or resale.

ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Violations are acted upon immediately and without prior warning.

If you leak our loader, publish a license key, or distribute protected files:

— Your license key(s) will be permanently revoked and blacklisted.
— All Discord roles and access privileges will be removed.
— Your account will be suspended or permanently banned.
— A hardware ban (HWID) may be applied, blocking future access from the same device.

Repeat or severe violations may be reported to relevant platforms when appropriate. Orqur reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. No refund will be issued following an enforcement action.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only what is necessary to process your order and provide support:

— Email address — for order confirmation and support.
— Payment details — processed securely by SellAuth. Orqur does not store card information.
— Discord username — for order verification, delivery, and support.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of SellAuth as our payment processor. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill your order. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time via Discord support.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. No refunds are issued once a product has been delivered or made accessible — no exceptions, no matter the reason.

This includes: change of mind, system incompatibility, failure to read the product description, in-game bans, or account termination due to a Terms violation.

The only two cases where a refund may be considered:
— Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error.
— Delivery failure caused entirely by an error on our side.

If you believe your case qualifies, contact Discord support before opening any dispute. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be contested.

SUPPORT & DELIVERY

— Products are delivered via SellAuth or Discord DM after payment confirmation, typically within minutes.
— If your product has not arrived within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact Discord support.
— Support is available on Discord only. We do not offer support through any other channel.

FAQ

Q: Can I resell or transfer my key?
A: No. Keys are personal and non-transferable. Resale is a direct Terms violation and will result in immediate revocation.

Q: What happens if my key is found online?
A: It will be permanently revoked. Your Discord access will be removed and your account banned. A HWID ban may also be applied.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No. All sales are final. Only duplicate payments or delivery failures caused by us may be considered — contact Discord support first.

Q: Can I use my key on multiple devices?
A: No. Each key is HWID-locked to one device. Multi-device use may trigger automatic revocation.

Q: My key stopped working — what do I do?
A: Contact Discord support with your order details. Do not share or attempt to bypass the key while waiting.

Q: Can I get banned in-game?
A: Possibly. Orqur is not responsible for any penalties imposed by game publishers. You use our tools at your own risk.
